Q: Can shoes be worn on the equipment?
A. Shoes are removed before entering the play zone.
Q. Are socks required?
A. Yes, for health reasons socks must be worn at all times.
Q. Is there a separate area for toddlers?
A. We do offer a special area designed just for the little ones. And, of course, parents are welcome to join their children at any time on all equipment.
How is your equipment cleaned, and how often?

Q. Can you book a corporate event at Going Bonkers?
A. Indeed you can. In fact, many companies enjoy the benefits of play for team building and brainstorm sessions to jump-start the creative process. It’s more energizing and less expensive than a trip to an exotic island.
Q. How do I book a party?

Q. What if we want to stay past our scheduled party time?
A. Party guests are always welcome before and after the party time. We will help you pack up and store your birthday gifts and you are free to use the main facility before and after your scheduled party time.
Q. If I don’t use all of my tickets or tokens, can I save them for another visit?
A. Of course you can. Our tickets and tokens never expire.
Q. Can I book a fundraising event at Going Bonkers?
A. We accommodate many school and local fundraisers. Please call and talk to a manager at 785-861-7133.
